Fee Payments

You can make the Transport Fee Payment through the following methods:-

  • Cash Payment - By visiting the transport counter in the respective school from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Credit Card - By visiting the transport counter in the respective school in the respective school from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Cheque - A current dated cheque in favour of 'Gulf Pinnacle Transport LLC' is to be paid / to be sent across with the Student / Bus Attendant / Driver of the respective route. The receipt will be given to the Student / Guardian on the same day during the drop off trip.
  • Bank Transfer - The Bank Transfer Details are as follows:-
    • Account Name : Gulf Pinnacle Transport LLC
    • Bank Name : ADCB
    • Branch : Karama Branch
    • Account Number : 10481719124001
    • SWIFT Code : ADCBAEAA
      The confirmation receipt should be sent to the respective Parent Relations Executive (PRE). The receipt will be sent via email / with the Student once our Accounts Department confirms that the amount has been credited to our account. For the contact details of our PREs, please follow this link.
  • Online Payment - To pay using the online portal, please follow the below steps:
    • Visit our website and click on the 'Pay Online' button found on the upper right portion of the window. Alternatively, click on this link.
    • Please select the School and enter the Student / Pupil ID given during the registration. Please contact the PRE in case you are not aware of the student / pupil ID.
    • If this transaction is the first online payment, you will be required to verify your identity. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Please enter the same in the text box once received. The system will then prompt you to set your password. We highly advise not to share this password to anyone to prevent any mismanagement of your ward's profile.
    • If this is not your first online payment, you will be then advised by the system to enter your password.
    • After entering the necessary credentials, you will then see your open invoice and payment history
Electronic Attendance

GPT is partnered with M/S Ilmasoft (for Dubai and Sharjah Schools) and M/S Dunamis (for Abu Dhabi Schools) for providing the Transport Application. The objective of this additional feature is to enable the Parents / Guardians to be aware of the real-time status of the School Bus (Current Location, Vehicle Details, Drivers & Bus Attendants' Details). This application will also feature pick and drop notifications, daily attendance status and reports.
