Manage the processes or activities so as to meet the objectives of complying with regulatory requirements, satisfying the parent’s service requirements and; define priorities and ensure high level of safety and security.
GPT organizes a campaign at the end of to create public awareness on road safety among students, parents, drivers, academic staff and most importantly the public. Our aim is to contribute towards lesser road accidents and we have immense support from our volunteers who are students who help us to carry out the campaign.
Student Management Reports
The electronic attendance captures the details of students scanned in and out of the buses which are displayed in the hand-held device of Bus Attendant. The parent receives alert if a student does not board the bus (absent report) from the allotted pick up point. Additionally if a student scans in while entering the bus and does not scan out at the end of the trip, Risk Management Centre receives an alert.
Vehicle Management Reports
The location of the vehicle is obtained through this report. This is useful for the Risk Management Centre to identify the nearby vehicle which can be used for emergency situations as well as additional requirements.
Performance Score Cards
This scorecard facilitates us to assess the training needs, to identify good performance for reward / award programs and to initiate corrective action against defaulters. All staff members are awarded compliance and deterrent points based on the various parameters which are classified under 6 clauses.
