Route Management Team
GPT has formed a route management team to address the routing issues and provides flexible, efficient school bus routing solutions. The main purpose of this initiative is to study all the pickup and drop off points, carry out risk assessment of the route and ensure high level of safety.
Fleet Inspection Team
GPT has formed a dedicated fleet inspection team to monitor the performance of vehicles and drivers deployed in various business units. The trained fleet inspectors closely the monitor the performance of our drivers, up keeping of buses and ensure the implementation of technology and best practices and eliminate the process variations.
Crisis Management Team
The Crisis management Team is formed by GPT to implement and adopt appropriate actions to address the specific events of the crisis. Roles and responsibilities of team members are established in writing by GPT. The members consist of school based staff created to respond to emergency situations.
This means that the bus Drivers must thoroughly perform an inspection of his bus each time that it is put into service. The drivers check and inspect the buses in the morning and again when the bus is back into service for the return trip in the afternoon even if nothing was noted wrong the night before or after the morning runs.
Manage the processes or activities so as to meet the objectives of complying with regulatory requirements, satisfying the parent’s service requirements and; define priorities and ensure adequate resources are provided to ensure high level of safety and security.
The objectives of Mentor program are to welcome newcomers, teach them the best practices implemented, get them accustomed to technological measures and build loyalty towards the company.
Preventive Maintenance Program
The PMP is implemented to promote a safe and secured transport system, to meet or exceed manufacturers’ maintenance guidelines, improve operating efficiency and maximize school bus reliability. The Preventive Maintenance Program consists of key activities - identification of service tasks, determine service interval or frequency, inspections, scheduling and recordkeeping.
Safe Student Dispersal Program
Student safety is our priority. Safe Student Dispersal Program is a measure developed by GPT to ensure safety of all students, staff, families, and visitors to the school as they enter or depart from the parking lot.
Safe Travel Checklist
The purpose of the Gulf Pinnacle Safe Travel Checklist is to help the staff of GPT, Schools Administration, staff, parents and other school bus companies improve school bus safety
Code of Conduct for Students
The responsibility to contribute to safe and comfortable travel for all the passengers is communicated to the students They are informed about the expected behavior keeping in mind the people, property, staff and also to follow directions during emergency situations.
