Bus attendance App is a user friendly application for parents to be aware of school bus status.  The real time information of the bus and student whereabouts is provided through this app.  The complete information of the school bus with contact number, direction of the bus, current status of the bus are readily available.  The app extends features like instant alert, GPS tracking, exact pickup and drop off time daily attendance status and direct call facility.

GPT has established RMC to monitor the fleet operation efficiently and ensure high level of safety, using the input from GPS tracking, the electronic attendance and the video surveillance system.  The ERP system provides various student management reports like student log report, student absence report, location tracker, capacity utilization report etc. The unique feature of GPT has enhanced the safety standards, ensured continual improvement and left no room for errors.

While there may be school bus drivers out there who would intentionally avoid walking to the back of the bus to check for students, even conscientious drivers can be susceptible to getting distracted by a change in routine. The electronic systems set by GPT provide a reminder, requiring drivers to go to the back of the bus to push a button / scan a tag.

The attendance is recorded both from the school buses as well as the school gate. The control device records the exact time and update on cloud for parent and school information.
